Okay now I love Mandarin as much as the next person. Infact, I usually drag all my friends there for my birthday every year, much to their moans and groans. But number 3 on the list of Top Fine Dining in Toronto on Urbanspoon?! I am completely shocked. Come on Toronto, we’ve got better restaurants deserving of the top 10 (and even the top 100) list. Get on out there and vote!
